Fish’n Care would like to thank our community of freshwater fish enthusiasts for their input and feedback. Below is a guiding policy that tells you what we will do to ensure the safety of the people who are in this platform.

It is a guideline regarding making comments which lays down personal, organizational and business standards of behavior.

2. Respect and courtesy: Always make sure that your feedback is respectful. This means not attacking their personality or character using statements that provoke others.

3. Constructive Criticism: Your criticism should be constructive. Also, if possible include suggestions on how they could improve upon it.

4. Active Listening: Responding to Feedback calls for active listening and affirming other peoples’ perspectives as true from their point of view. Adopt an open attitude so as to learn new things from conversations with others.
